CSA 2010 (January 13th, 2011): If you run trucks in /or ship to and from the United States you need to know how this new program might affect your operations. This session will provide a general overview of the program and what you need to be doing to maintain your business.
Health & Safety (February 10th, 2011): General overview of requirements for your Health and Safety program, and your Health and Safety Committee.
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (March 10th , 2011): If you haven’t reviewed your training on the TDG act in a while, this session will provide a refresher on the requirements and will include recent changes and pending amendments.
WHMIS, with GHS (April 14th, 2011): Changes are coming to the WHMIS legislation. This session will revisit the key principals as well as outline the changes that are coming. This includes the changes based on the Global Health System (GHS)
Legislative Overview - AODA - Bill 168 (May 12, 2011): This session will cover topics such as Hours of Service, pre-trip inspections, and load securement. Key requirements will be covered to help you be compliant.

Conflict Management (June 9, 2011): Differing opinions create conflict, how you deal with it and others will impact the resolution of the situation. Learn the different styles of conflict management and when it is most advantageous to approach with a different style.
